The Brisbane Institution “The BUG” is coming to The Cave Inn for a one off event!

THE LARKS
Back from opening the Neurum Creek Music Festival The Larks will sing their usual unaccompanied English traditional folk songs and more modern songs with a traditional feel to start off The Bug year. They encourage audiences to join in their choruses.

CONOR MCDONALD
Equally a fan of the old field recordings as he is the brave new world of contemporary folk, Conor’s reflective songwriting seeks out the personal in the traditional, crafting mesmerising compositions that always invite a singular connection with the listener. As he rolls through a set joined by Jan Van Dijk (fiddle) and Benja King (bass) one can hear a broad love of genres in their stylings, from Irish Folk, Americana to Old Time music.

7.15pm - Blackboard (3 x 10 minute spots - 2 songs max.) - arrive early and see the MC for a spot.
